Made for you — literally

Every GymCreed product is made to order. Your item is printed and assembled specifically for you when you place your order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse.

We strongly encourage you to review the size guide on each product page before ordering.

When we make it right

We stand behind every item we ship. If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you:

  • The item is defective (printing error, manufacturing fault, or damaged during shipping)
  • You received the wrong item or the wrong size
  • The item does not match what was shown on the product page

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

How to submit a claim

Email us at gymcreed.info@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will respond within 2–3 business days with a resolution.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please submit a claim (if eligible) or place a new order.
