Orders & Production

How are GymCreed products made?

Every GymCreed piece is made to order — crafted specifically for you at the time of purchase. This means no excess inventory, no waste, and a product made with care. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, we have a very short window for changes. If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact us at gymcreed@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing it. After production has started, we are unable to make changes.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes — a confirmation email is sent automatically as soon as your order is placed. You'll also receive a second email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. No matter where you are, your GymCreed gear can reach you.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times vary by destination. Here are our estimated timelines after production (2–5 business days):

  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Delays may occur during peak seasons (Black Friday, holidays). We appreciate your patience.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to follow your package in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the email.

Are there customs fees or duties?

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country's regulations. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions.

What materials are used in your T-Shirts?

Our t-shirts are crafted from premium fabrics depending on the style:

  • Classic tees: 100% ring-spun combed cotton — soft, pre-shrunk and shaped to last
  • Performance jerseys: 100% breathable polyester mesh — ideal for training and high-intensity movement
  • Oversized tees: 100% ring-spun combed cotton — relaxed fit, ultra-soft hand feel

All styles feature a removable label for a clean, branded feel.

What materials are used in your Hoodies?

Our hoodies are built for comfort without compromise:

  • Lightweight hoodies: 100% ring-spun cotton, garment-dyed for a vintage soft feel — OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified
  • Mid-weight hoodies: 80% cotton / 20% recycled polyester, fleece-lined for warmth
  • Premium hoodies: 65% ring-spun cotton / 35% polyester — 100% cotton face for sharp print quality

All hoodies feature a jersey-lined hood, kangaroo pocket, and ribbed cuffs and hem.

What are your gym bags made from?

Our duffel bags are constructed from 100% polyester at 305 g/m² — water-resistant, durable, and built for the grind. Each bag holds 30 litres, features padded dual handles, a customizable side pocket, and a discreet inner pocket for valuables.

Our drawstring bags are made from 100% OEKO-TEX certified polyester, measuring 38 × 43 cm with a maximum load of 15 kg.

How do I find the right size?

Each product page includes a size guide with exact measurements in centimetres and inches. We recommend measuring a garment you already own and comparing it to our size chart. Most of our apparel runs in a unisex fit. If you prefer a looser look, we suggest sizing up.

Will my items shrink after washing?

Our garments use pre-shrunk or garment-dyed fabrics to minimize shrinkage. For best results, we recommend washing in cold water and air drying or tumble drying on low heat. Avoid bleach and ironing directly on printed areas.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections or change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right — no questions asked.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

We're sorry to hear that. Please email us at gymcreed@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and the issue

We'll review your case and send a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.

I ordered the wrong size — can I exchange it?

Unfortunately, we're unable to offer size exchanges on made-to-order items. We strongly encourage using the size guide on each product page before placing your order. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us before ordering and we'll help you choose the right fit.
